Cert ECBS – I trained with the College of European Studies and qualified in April 2008

MBTPA – I am on the Bowen Therapists Professional Associationr – the requirements for membership, post qualification are: Continuous professional development; First aid certificate; Full professional insurance

CNHC – I am registered with the Complementary and Natural HealthCare Council as a Bowen Practitioner – the criteria required are as above

RGN – I qualified at St Bartholomew’s Hospital, London in 1980

I worked as an Operating Theatre nurse at SBH, and as a Theatre Sister at The Portland Hospital and The Wellington Hospital, London until 1987

I have worked part time in operating theatres since 1994 in Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire – at The John Radcliffe Hospital, The Manor (Nuffield) Hospital, The Oxford clinic (BMI) and The Chiltern Hospital (BMI)

I have specialized in many types of surgery, most recently in Orthopaedic surgery.

BSc (Open) I studied with the Open university and completed my degree in 2001. Main subjects included: Psychology, social science, health and wellbeing, The brain: biology and behaviour.

Counselling – Level 2 (Introduction to Counselling) – studied at Oxford and Cherwell College - 2005
